Terms of Use
Last updated: September 9, 2026These terms apply between you and TubeGo from the moment you create an account. We wrote them in plain language on purpose. If any part seems confusing, that isn’t the intent; let us know at the email address at the bottom of this page.
1What TubeGo is
TubeGo is a tool that uses artificial intelligence to turn an idea or a script into a finished short video (with script, visuals, voiceover and captions) and, for people who connect their own account, to publish and schedule that video on social platforms (YouTube and TikTok today; Instagram as soon as that integration is available).
2Your account
- You must be at least 18 years old, or over 16 with a parent or guardian’s permission, to create an account.
- Your sign-up information (name, email) must be true.
- You’re responsible for keeping your password secret and for everything that happens with your account. Tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized access.
- An account belongs to one person or company; the Business plan lets you add team seats inside the dashboard, within the limit of the plan you bought.
3Plans, credits and payment
- TubeGo works with credits: each plan gives a number of credits per month, and each video uses credits depending on its length, scenes and the features you pick (animation, for example). The cost is always shown before you confirm production.
- Credits you don’t use in a month add to the next cycle’s, up to twice your plan’s monthly amount.
- Billing is recurring (monthly or yearly, as you choose) and processed by Kiwify, an independent payment platform. TubeGo doesn’t store card data.
- Switching plans mid-cycle adds your leftover credits to the new plan’s; nothing is lost in the switch.
- One-time credit top-ups are charged once and don’t expire at the end of the monthly cycle.
4Cancellation and refunds
- You can cancel your subscription anytime, directly on Kiwify (the management link is in your purchase email), with no fee and no commitment.
- Every new subscription has a 7-day guarantee: if you ask to cancel within that period, you get a full refund.
- Canceling doesn’t delete your account or your video history; it only stops billing and the plan’s credit refills.
5Content you upload
When you send an idea, script, image, video or audio for TubeGo to process, you confirm that:
- You have the necessary rights to that material, or it’s in the public domain, or you have a license to use it.
- You won’t upload illegal content, hate speech, material that exploits minors, gratuitous violence, or anything that violates Brazilian law or the terms of the platforms where you’ll publish it.
6Content generated by artificial intelligence
- The script, visuals, voiceover and music are generated by third-party AI models (listed in our Privacy Policy) from what you describe.
- You’re responsible for reviewing the result before publishing. TubeGo doesn’t guarantee that generated content is free of factual errors, and recommends checking it before publishing anything about real events, health, law or finance.
- The “tubego.online” watermark appears only on videos made by trial accounts without an active plan.
7Connecting YouTube, Instagram and TikTok
- Connecting your account on these platforms is always optional and done by you, by authorizing directly on each platform’s official screen (we never ask for your password).
- Publishing and scheduling on your behalf only happens when you trigger that action inside TubeGo.
- You can disconnect at any time, inside the app or directly in the platform’s settings.
- TubeGo isn’t responsible for moderation decisions, content removal, account suspension or policy changes made by these platforms; they are independent from TubeGo.
8Content ownership
- The final video made for you is yours to use as you like: publish it, edit it outside TubeGo, download it and keep it.
- TubeGo’s technology, software, brand and design remain TubeGo’s property.
- Music from the shared library follows the license listed for each track; music composed by AI just for you (a paid add-on) is yours to use in that video.
9Acceptable use
You may not use TubeGo to:
- Automate creation at a scale that overloads the service beyond normal human use (the system already limits this technically; deliberately working around that limit breaks these terms).
- Generate misleading content presented as real news, or election or public-health misinformation.
- Resell access to your account or credits to third parties outside the official team-seats feature.
- Try to access another customer’s data or compromise the platform’s security.
10Limitation of liability
TubeGo is provided “as is”. We do our best to keep the service running and the results high quality, but:
- We aren’t liable for outages of third-party engines (image AI, voice, or the social platforms themselves) outside our control. In those cases, credits spent without a delivered video are refunded automatically.
- We aren’t liable for indirect losses (lost audience, revenue or opportunity) resulting from using the service or from its unavailability.
- Our total liability, in any case, is limited to the amount you paid in the last 3 months.
11Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close an account that violates these terms, with an email explaining why, except in cases of fraud, abuse or risk to the platform, where suspension can be immediate. You can close your own account at any time by writing to the support email.
12Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Relevant changes are announced in advance by email or inside the app; continuing to use TubeGo after the notice counts as accepting the new version.
13Governing law
These terms are governed by Brazilian law. Any dispute will be settled in the courts of the district where TubeGo’s responsible party is domiciled, unless consumer-protection law requires otherwise.
